I began by assisting my mother in her cattery in South London, I then started up my own cat and small pet sitting business and this was established due to the demand of customers wishing for care of their cats and other small pets in their own home whilst they were away.

During Covid many people bought a puppy as a companion. The puppy grew and gradually people had to spend more time away from home working increasing the demand for help with dog walking and care. I now also include dog walking but not in large packs, it's solo walks or very small groups, I don't use a van and it's only me (sometimes my daughter may help!)

I find the pets I care for enjoy having the same carer, they bond better and it's better for you as you don't have a team of different staff coming into your home.
